Returns and Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair bundles for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order at manetopichairext.1@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the order is considered final and will be processed.

Every hair bundle is 100% free from synthetic fibers. Each bundle may vary slightly in color or texture due to its natural origin. We recommend professional installation and proper care to maintain product longevity.
